The Small Business Enterprise-Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Construction Coalition (SBE-DBE CC) was established to create partnership and collaboration between certified Small, DVBE, MBE, WBE, and SBE contractors, suppliers, and professional services firms.

The SBE-DBE CC is focused on civil and large infrastructure construction projects with agencies such as High Speed Rail, BART, Caltrans, and Metro. The SBE-DBE CC is also focused on projects involving institutional buildings, multi-family housing, corporate facilities, commercial office buildings, hospitals and other building projects.
